Introducing the Upgraded 2024 Porsche Cayenne: A Fusion of Luxury and Performance
Porsche unveils its revamped 2024 Cayenne, boasting extensive improvements across its powertrain, chassis, design, and in-car technology. This upgrade demonstrates Porsche's ambition to maintain the Cayenne as a top contender in the luxury SUV segment. The model offers an enhanced driving experience through innovative high-tech features and digital cockpit, increased engine power, a fresh exterior design, and an optimized chassis with a new suspension system.
Reimagining the Porsche Driver Experience
The 2024 Porsche Cayenne integrates a redefined display and control concept, focusing on driver-centric operation. Borrowing from the Porsche Taycan, the new Porsche Driver Experience optimizes driver accessibility, ensuring frequently used functions are easily reachable. The digital cockpit features a curved 12.6-inch instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch central Porsche Communication Management display, blending seamlessly with the new dashboard. The Cayenne now offers a 10.9-inch display for the front passenger, providing access to the infotainment system and video streaming capabilities while ensuring the driver remains undistracted.
Revolutionized Design and Cutting-Edge Technology
The 2024 Cayenne showcases a redesigned front end, sportier fenders, a new hood, and reimagined headlights, which enhance its athletic stance. The rear end design features 3D taillights and a new rear fascia with an integrated license plate holder. A variety of new assistance systems, such as Active Speed Limit Assist and an enhanced Adaptive Cruise Control, elevate the driving experience. Additional customization options include three new exterior colors and a broad range of wheel sizes.
Superior Chassis and Suspension Enhancements
With an optimized chassis and new two-valve suspension, the 2024 Cayenne offers a refined balance between comfort and performance. Standard on the Cayenne Turbo GT, the adaptive air suspension with two-chamber, two-valve technology improves driving precision, stabilizes the vehicle, and reduces body movements during dynamic driving situations. The suspension offers a sharper distinction between Normal, Sport, and Sport Plus driving modes.
Power Boost and V8 Return for the Cayenne S
All engine variants in the 2024 Cayenne lineup receive a power boost, with the Cayenne S now featuring a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine producing 468 hp and 442 lb.-ft. of torque. With the Sport Chrono Package, both the SUV and SUV Coupé can accelerate to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds, reaching a top track speed of 169 mph. The standard Cayenne receives an optimized 3.0-liter V6 single-turbo engine, while the Cayenne E-Hybrid (Coupe) combines the V6 engine with a new, more powerful electric motor and increased battery capacity.
Starting at $79,200, the 2024 Porsche Cayenne models now come with an expanded standard equipment package. Dealer arrivals in the United States are expected in Summer 2023.
