Mansory Mercedes-Benz G63 6x6 AMG

No matter what perspective you look at the Mega-Off-Roader from, the Mercedes-Benz AMG 6x6 goes beyond all the normal dimensions - the tallest, the widest, the most powerful, and it also has the most driven wheels. But as with all superlatives, dare we say it, there’s always someone who can just go that one step further. In this case, it’s the specialists at MANSORY Design & Holding GmbH. Ultra-light carbon bodywork components, a luxurious interior and a beefy increase in engine performance raise the MANSORY 6x6 to the position of a real off-road superstar.

The new bodywork package alone makes a remarkable contribution to the top status of the MANSORY optimised all-terrain vehicle. No matter whether they’re unpainted carbon, or painted to match the colour of the car - the specialists manufacture all components in the new aerodynamics programme using prepreg autoclave carbon characteristic of MANSORY, which harmonises perfectly with the standard AMG parts. The characteristic grain of the carbon comes to the fore particularly on the new design of the front skirts, with LED daytime running lights, and the overlying front mask. Even the cladding on the headlights is carbon.

Moreover, the headlights are the centrepiece of the new MANSORY light elements design. Alongside the modern design of the front lights, this also includes clever solutions such as the extra integrated indicators. Four more extra headlights, fitted on the roof to protect them from stones and dirt, illuminate the terrain ahead with extra strong light power.

On top of all that, MANSORY have replaced the standard bonnet with a carbon conversion with extra air inlets for the front engine. Numerous other carbon elements such as the side trim strips, mirror housings, covers on the sides of the car, LED running board lights and the re-designed rear skirt complete the optical refinements.

In keeping with the enhanced visual appearance, MANSORY have also turned the screw in terms of performance. To this end, the AMG 8 cylinder twin turbo has been completely reworked and genuine racing components have been installed. The pistons, connecting rods, big end bearings, crankshaft, crank, cylinder head and many other parts now meet the high requirements of the company owner, Kourosh Mansory. Together with the re-designed exhaust system, from the manifold to the stainless steel double end pipes that are exposed at the front of the rear wheels, outstanding performance results are achieved. Instead of 544 PS (400 kW), the MANSORY 6x6 achieves an impressive 840 PS (618 kW), while the maximum torque rises to an electronically limited 1000 Newton metres.

As with all other MANSORY vehicles, with this Mercedes-Benz AMG 6x6, the customer can compose their very own personal interior from an almost endless combination of leather, Alcantara, wood, carbon, or aluminium trim elements, and practically any imaginable technical feature.
